Mel Wedlock, Lead Consultant
Professionally Mel has over 10 years experience of working within the HR professional working for companies and proving HR consultancy through a variety of industries including professional services, civil engineering, telecoms and ITS. Mel has held a number of generalist HR roles as well as roles specialising in systems and processes.
Her areas of expertise are HR Processes & Process Re-engineering, HR Administration, HR Systems, Shared Service Centres, Employee transition (managed services, mergers & acquisitions), and Project Management
She has a real passion for simplifying and translating different aspects of the HR arena into everyday language whether it be employment law, HR policies, procedures and processes or HR technology. With this she has the unique ability to translate complex ideas into simple and effective solutions to suit the clients requirements.
Mel is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Mel is happily married to Mark and lives in Camberley with her young daughter. Being a mum has re-energised Mel to make the most of life and live for now as you never know what is round the corner. Mel’s hobbies including reading, cooking and keeping herself fit and healthy.
